The following information applies to all Signals platform products (Signals Notebook, Signals One, Signals ChemDraw, etc.)
Before attempting to login, please verify that you have access to the Signals tenant by contacting your local Signals Administrator as Revvity Signals is unable to add users to a customer tenant.
If as a user you try to log in repeatedly with incorrect credentials, eventually you will be locked out with the following error:
"Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts. We've sent you a notification via your preferred contact method with instructions on how to unblock it."

You will also receive an email from noreply-srs@revvitycloud.com that looks like this:
Clicking on the “UNBLOCK” link in the email will unlock your account. If you are presented with this screen, please reload the page and try to login again.
If you receive again a "wrong password" error, please use the "Forgot Password" option to avoid having your account blocked again.
If you do not receive the "blocked account" notification email, you can also use the "Forgot Password" option to automatically unblock the account by changing your password.
NOTE: The same process applies if you are trying to access the Revvity Download Center (https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com) and your account is blocked after entering the incorrect credentials.
