This problem was observed when creating a new tenant for Signals Line Listing Review (SLLR) though it may effect other Revvity Signals products on Amazon hosted workspaces. Essentially the email traffic is blocked but adding the sender's address to Outlook's Safe Senders list resolves the issue:
- Launch Outlook
- Go to the Delete Ribbon and select Junk > Junk E-mail Options...
- From the ensuing dialog select the Safe Senders tab.
- Add the following emails to the Safe Senders list:
noreply-smr@revvitycloud.com (prod)
noreply-smr-int@revvitycloud.com (uat)
In addition, Signals Clinical customers will need to whitelist the emails:
noreply-SCL-dev@revvitycloud.com
A further observation was that the emails in question were not actually junked. Adding the sender to Safe Senders allowed them to appear.
