ATTENTION Signals Notebook customers: SNB login is completely different than the login to our Download Center. If you have a SNB login, and are attempting to login as an Existing User to the Download Center and it is failing, you need to set up a NEW user account for the Download Center.
Signals ChemDraw does not use activation codes. If you have a Signals ChemDraw license, you need to be added to your Signals ChemDraw tenant by your local admin and then use your tenant's credentials to authenticate.
When attempting to login at the Revvity Signals Software Download Center from our Support web site, you will be met with a web page similar to the following. Please be sure to use the correct tab that appears depending on your status:
- Existing User: if you have accessed the Download Center in the past (if you are not sure, you can try the Forgot Password with your email address to see if we have you listed as a registered user)
- New User: if you have never accessed the Download Center.
If our system does not know your email address or you are a new user, click on the New User tab in the above screen. Enter your email address and the password you want to use.
If on the previous step you receive the message that the user already exists, proceed to reset your password by selecting the Forgot password option, and re-enter the email address you are currently having difficulty in using to access the Download Center:
Select the SEND EMAIL button to initiate the password reset process. Follow the directions as shown on-screen and/or in the reset email when you receive it. (If you do not receive a reset password email, check your Spam or Junk email folders, otherwise, click on the New User tab and create a new account for our Download Center.)
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the “List Entitlements" page. Find the row with your most recent order number if you use a Site Subscription (Entitlement ID column) or the order number assigned to you by your local admin, and record the Product Activation code associated with that order.
Select the product you want to download and proceed to the downloads section below:
