Signals Apps: Cannot access to Signals Apps and Signals Inventa options in Webplayer

Problem:

When the Spotfire web player is opened, Signals Apps and Signals Inventa options are disabled.

Solution: 

Webplayer requires an analysis document to be opened before the Analysis Application tool is available. Loading an external file, such as a CSV, makes all the apps visible and usable.

One option used is to save a file with just the Signals App page loaded and suggest users to start from that template.
