We do not provide IP addresses from the end user interface (GUI) for Signals Notebook. These are passed through a load balancer and are not constrained to useful ranges.
We can provide IP ranges for our back end services if needed. This would commonly be used if you use the External Data Sources, External Chemical Sources, External Lists or External Notifications features and wished to restrict incoming (to you) calls from these services by IP Address. These addresses are environment specific and available on demand.
Please note that we do not provide IP addresses for External Actions. When an end user triggers an External Action, their browser sends requests directly to your External Action endpoint. As a result, Signals Platform has no control over the source IP range for these External Actions. Further, the External Action endpoint should be responsible for authentication of the user initiating the action.
For more information regarding integrations using these services please consult our Developers Guide.
