Image Artist: Upper case letters not supported in domain name

Image Artist does NOT support upper case letters in domain names, this is documented in the Image Artist Installation and Administration guide. 

If upper case letters have been used when configuring the Image Artist webserver using domain name you may see an Error 500 in the Image Artist webUI.

Check the domain name used when configuring the Web Server. If upper case characters have been used then you will be required to update the domain name or switch to using the IP address by running the change_server_address.sh script as described here.

The script should be executed while the Image Artist stack is running.

e.g.

$ change_server_address.sh --domain-name <domain_name_lowercase>

Thereafter, the Image Artist stack should be removed and re-deployed using the undeploy.sh and deploy.sh scripts found in the Image Artist installation directory.

If you continue to see errors in the Image Artist webUI after changing the address/domain name, please remove all cookies related to the old and the new domain name from the web browser and re-try.
