If you purchased ChemDraw Prime or Professional and you have launched ChemDraw, you need to use the second option in the Licensing dialog box below for “Activation”. The first option is for Signals ChemDraw customers who would have already received a URL for “Authentication”.
If you do not know which level of ChemDraw you have, you can try logging into our Download Center and clicking on List Downloads on the left side of the screen. If you see ChemDraw Prime or Professional listed, then click on it to get the activation code listed which you will use in the screen above for option 2, "Activation Code". If you have no downloads listed in our Download Center, then you may have Signals ChemDraw and would need to go to your local administrator to find out your Signals ChemDraw URL and login instructions.
Contact Support if you don’t know who your organizations’ local admin is.
