If you have drawn a structure in ChemDraw and are using the Online Search tools in ChemDraw to search for the product in ChemACX and are not finding anything, this article may explain why.
On the backend of this feature, we are now using ChemSearch as a provider for the web services where previously we were using chemacx.com. The data in ChemSearch does not include compounds where no product exists, therefore, the data in ChemSearch is missing about 1% of the data that is on chemacx.com.
