Image Artist: Error "Unable to connect to ImA (username or password were incorrect)" when logging into ImA via the ImA Loader

Problem Description:

When logging into ImA 1.3.77 via ImA Loader version 1.3.7 the below error is shown:

Solution:

A new ImA Loader version is bundled with each set of release goods. In this case the ImA Loader version 1.3.7 is not compatible with ImA server version 1.3.77. Check to make sure that the version of ImA Loader being used is appropriate for the version of ImA installed on the upstream ImA server. For the ImA 1.3.77 release the supported version of the ImA Loader is 1.3.16. See below version information for reference:

ImA server version 1.3.29 --> ImA Loader version 1.3.7

ImA server version 1.3.77 --> ImA Loader version 1.3.16
