If you’re currently using Signals Notebook Individual Edition, it’s crucial to be aware of the upcoming End of Life (EOL) date, which is March 1, 2025. As this date approaches, take the necessary steps to ensure you don't lose your important Experiment data.
If you are going to switch to Signals Notebook Standard, bring your copies of Experiment to Standard tenant.
Experiment data can be downloaded as a copy of Notebook from Individual Edition, and users can bring their copies to Standard tenants as an imported Notebook.

It is important to be aware of the following limitations:
- Exported copy of Notebook doesn't preserve their change history at any level.
- Experiments in exported copies of Notebook don't preserve the original review status such as ACTIVE, IN REVIEW and CLOSED. When these copies are imported to Standard tenant, all of them are in "ACTIVE" state.
- Importing Experiment fails if the destination Notebook already has an Experiment with the same name. Choosing "Create a new Notebook" option when importing will help you avoid this error.
Keep Experiment data as exported document in PDF.
Regardless whether you are transitioning to Signals Notebook Standard or not, it is recommended that you export your Experiment data as PDF and download them as off-line document.

Keeping the off-line document of Experiments is important because it includes the following properties of Experiments, which are not included in the Experiment data imported to Standard tenants.
- Change histories at Experiment-level and Notebook-level is contained in PDF files. However, Element-level change history is not included. Check "Include history" checkbox when exporting in order to include the history.
- Review status of the experiment is printed on the cover page of PDF files.
