I signed up for ChemDraw, but no email verification was received for access to downloads
If you are trying to login to the Download Center to download ChemDraw and cannot login because you are not receiving a password reset email, the most common reason for this is that your organization has a site subscription to ChemDraw and you have not completed the registration process on our ChemDraw Site Gallery. You must fill out the verification form on the Site Gallery and submit the form first. You MUST use an email address with the school's domain (myname@myschool.edu). Email addresses from Gmail and other generic providers will not work, If you do not complete this verification process you will not receive a verification email. Once you have completed the verification on the Site Gallery, you must also register for access to the Download Center.
The verification email from the Site Gallery will have you click on a link which will bring you to the Download Center login page. On the Download Center login page, choose the Sign Up option even if you think you have an account there. Here you will enter your email address and create a password. If the Download Center tells you that you already have an account, then you can go back to the login option and choose the reset password option, but do not try this first. The reset password option will only work if you first submitted the verification form on the Site Gallery and registered a new account on the Download Center.
The second most common reason you are not receiving a password reset on our Download Center is that your institution is now using Signals ChemDraw. You will need to contact the local tenant administrator for your institution to gain access to ChemDraw. Signals ChemDraw customers do not download ChemDraw from our Download Center. You will download it from your ChemDraw tenant.
Some other things to try if the above does not help are to check your spam and junk folders to see if the email was filtered out. Next, check with your local IT admin to see if they are blocking our domains or email addresses. You may need to have them whitelist these domains:
revvity.com
flexnetoperations.com
or more specifically the email addresses some of our emails would be sent from:
revvitysignals@flexnetoperations.com
signals.customer_service@revvity.com
If you have checked these things and are still not receiving reset emails, please contact our support team for help.
