If you have registered on the ChemDraw Site Gallery and did not receive a verification email, so that you can go to the Download Center and obtain the software, please first check your spam and junk folders to see if the email was filtered out. Next, check with your local IT admin to see if they are blocking our domains or email addresses. You may need to have them whitelist these domains:
revvity.com
flexnetoperations.com
or more specifically the email addresses some of our emails would be sent from:
revvitysignals@flexnetoperations.com
signals.customer_service@revvity.com
Also note that if you DID receive an email after filling in your information on the Site Gallery and are asked in the email to click on the link to verify your email, this will take you to the Download Center where you must create a NEW account for the Download Center to complete the process. If you are on the Existing User tab and try to use forgot email, you will never get an email because you haven't created a NEW user in the Download Center. Click on the New User tab and user your same organization email address and create a new password to complete the process, so you can login.
