For our Signals Standard products and select Private Cloud customers on our Agile (frequent) release schedule, we communicate new features via our What's New page: https://revvitysignals.com/srswhatsnew. We try to get this page updated prior to the release, or as soon after the release as we can. We also send an email to users who have opted-in to this communication. This is typically sent within a few days of the release but may be delayed. We also announce the new release on our Support News channel https://support.revvitysignals.com/hc/en-us/sections/4405289433236-Release-Announcement.
Our What's New page (https://revvitysignals.com/srswhatsnew) is focused on new and improved functionality and important messages for administrators. We do not list individual issues that are resolved in any given release. We proactively reach out to specific clients who reported the issue to our support organization once the issue is deemed to be resolved. This personalized approach ensures that those impacted receive timely notification of the resolution.
We also encourage administrators to subscribe to our various news feeds (https://support.revvitysignals.com/hc/en-us/categories/360004446171-Support-News) where we communicate important changes, system outages, etc.
For our Validation-ready customers using Signals Notebook E3, or for select Private Cloud customers on our Deferred Release, we do include key known and resolved issues in our formal Release Notes.
