Chem3D: I Cannot Activate Chem3D

You may only have a ChemDraw Prime license. Chem3D is not an available option with ChemDraw Prime.
Please see the ChemDraw™ SUITE OF PRODUCTS for the available options with the different versions of ChemDraw.
You would need to upgrade to a higher level of ChemDraw.  Go to the Help menu in ChemDraw and choose the About option.  If it states you have ChemDraw Prime, please contact sales at  +1 781 663 6180.  Alternatively, if you are on a Macintosh, Chem3D is not available on the Macintosh.
