ChemDraw: Unable to save or open a ChemDraw file locally with Signals ChemDraw

Details:

If you are trying to save or open a ChemDraw file locally with Signals ChemDraw and you do not get this window with the option shown at the bottom: 

or this when opening files,

you can modify these registry settings:

For the open  setting,
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RevvitySignalsSoftware_x64\ChemDraw\General\PreferSignalsOpenDialog

For the save setting,
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RevvitySignalsSoftware_x64\ChemDraw\General\PreferSignalsSaveDialog

Set these to 0 and that will change the default to local saving and local opening.

If you do not see PreferSignalsOpenDialog or PreferSignalsSaveDialog, create them by right clicking in the blank area and choose New > DWORD and name it PreferSignalsSaveDialog or PreferSignalsOpenDialog


 
Then set the value data to 0
