Which Display Modes are available in the Chem3D app, and how do I select or change the Display Mode?
Solution:
The supported display modes are:
- • Wire-frame - using thin lines for bonds, with no atoms rendered, but element types indicated by color
- • Ball-and-stick - using small colored spheres of various sizes for the atoms and cylinders for bonds.
- • Spacefilling - using colored spheres for atoms that are proportional to atom size, and no bonds.
- • Cartoon mode - an abstract representation of protein sequences including objects such as ribbons and helices.
