Chem3D: I am having problems opening a PDB file

I am having problems opening a PDB file in Chem3D.

If you experience problems opening PDB files, try to open the PDB file with the Compute Atom Types and Bond Order options turned on. You will see these options once you select the PDB file type on the Open dialog box.
