ChemDraw Chem3D: I created a GIF from a Chem3D file, but the GIF is much lower in quality and resolution than the Chem3D file

I created a GIF from a Chem3D file, but the GIF is much lower in quality and resolution than the Chem3D file.

Solution:

By definition, a GIF is a low resolution format (72 dpi). Instead, try using the PNG format. The latest version of Chem3D Pro and Ultra can save in the PNG format (which can be embedded into web pages).
