While trying to predict 1H NMR, I got “Invalid UTF-8 text” Error. I don’t have this issue with 13C NMR prediction. How to fix the problem?

Assuming you have ChemDraw v19.0 on non-English version of Windows 10. If so, can you please check your decimal symbol setting by the following way.

Open Settings from the Start menu and click on the "Time & Language"
It will open another Window in that click on "Region" and then click on the "Additional date, time, & regional settings hyperlink
In the new window click on "Change date, time or number formats" present under "Region"
Then click on the "Additional settings" button in the Region dialog box

Check for "Decimal symbol", if that is , (comma) change it to .(dot) and click the OK button and retest the problem.

The issue already fixed; please upgrade to v19.1.
