ChemDraw: Small ChemDraw toolbar icons in high DPI or 4K displays

The ChemDraw toolbar icons are small  in high DPI or 4K displays.

ChemDraw 16.x for Windows supports standard displays as listed in our system requirements, but high DPI monitors are not supported at this point.

Workaround:
- Locate ChemDraw.exe in File Explorer ("C:\Program Files (x86)\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2016\ChemDraw\)
- Right-click on the file and select Properties
- Click on the Compatibility tab
- Under the Settings heading, there's an "Override high DPI scaling behavior." box
- Click on the drop down box under it and select System
- Click Apply
