ChemDraw: Documents won't print because the setting for reduce or enlarge in the page setup comes up as 2970%

Documents won't print because the setting for reduce or enlarge in the page setup comes up as 2970%; if I change to 100%, they will print, but I don't want to go through this every time.

Launch the installer and use the Custom Remove option to uninstall our software. Restart the computer under MacOS X and then install ChemDraw. Now if you restart in OS 9 this problem should be resolved.
