ChemDraw: When I try using Name to Structure, I get an error message

When I try using Name to Structure, I get a message indicating that the Temp environment variable must be set and pointing to a writable directory.

First, make sure that your Temp folder is set and writeable. Typically the Temp directory is C:\Windows\Temp or C:\WinNT\Temp. However, it could be set to something else. See your Windows documentation for determining the exact location of your Temp folder for your version of Windows. Once you determine the location of your Temp folder and know that it is writeable, delete all files in this folder, then launch ChemDraw and retest.
