ChemBioFinder Ultra displays an error message when trying to open a bsbxml sent from BioSAR.

Solution:

For ChemBioFinder Pro/Ultra 10, 11, 12 , when trying to open a bsbxml sent from BioSAR the application displays an error message: 'Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.' 

This occurs when the client machine does not have the Oracle client properly installed. 

Install the Oracle Client and ensure connectivity to the database instance.
