ChemDraw ChemFinder: I am not able to create a new ChemFinder database

I am not able to create a new ChemFinder database.

Solution:

Try opening an existing database first. Choose Open from the File menu, and browse to the Samples folder in the ChemFinder folder. Open any of the sample databases, then close it, and try to create a new one.
