Unable to configure HTTPS for TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services version 10.10.0
After configuring HTTPS for Tibco Spotfire Statistics Service (TSSS) version 10.10.0 (following TIBCO's SSL Configuration and Apache's SSL/TLS Configuration How-To instructions) and restarting TSSS service, you may still be unable to successfully open the HTTPS URL in a web browser.

The root cause for this issue is due to a specific incompatibility of TSSS 10.10.0 with the lower Java version that is not officially supported. To resolve, update the Java version for TSSS 10.10.0 to Java 11.
