Problem:

Unable to import data using Oracle connector Error ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation


Solution:

While accessing/creating the Oracle connector connection, it is failed to import data. Below error returned

ImportException at Spotfire.Dxp.Data:
An error occurred when executing a query in the external data source.

ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

  The most common cause of ORA-01013 is timeouts.
Increase the timeout values in the Oracle Connection Advanced tab
