Unable to install MOPAC 2009 for ChemBio3D 2010
- Received error code: 1723 indicating that a DLL required for installation could not be run
Solution:
To avoid this issue please download the installer package directly to your PC (Don't run it directly from the download window).
Right-click on it and select the option to "Run as Administrator".
This problem occurs because the application is launched with a Windows user missing some permissions to write on the Registry of your PC.
