Customer Service: Error 400 - Bad Request when accessing the Download Center

As of August 30, 2021, Revvity Signals Software went live with a new Revvity Download Center system. The "Error 400" can be cleared using the following steps:

1. Clear the browser cache. (you may please check this link to learn how to clear the browser cache: https://rb.gy/3to5jz )

2. Close the browser. Reopen browser.

3. If the issue continues, copy and paste the following link on the browser's address bar (Do not click on it):  https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com/

4.  If the issue continues try repeating step #3 using a different browser or try using your browser's incognito mode.
