ChemDraw: I tried to create new Style Sheets in Chem(Bio)Draw for Windows, but I couldn't

I tried to create new Style Sheets in Chem(Bio)Draw for Windows , but I couldn't. How do I overcome this problem?

Windows 10 (as well as Windows Vista/7/8/8.1) security settings won't allow you to save the settings in the Style Sheets, even though you are able to create a new Style Sheet file in the ChemDraw Item folder. In order to overcome this issue you need to launch the ChemBioDraw application as an Administrator (using Run as Administrator from the context menu) 

So open the ChemBioDraw application in the following way and create Style sheets

1. Launch Chem(Bio)Draw application by right click over the ChemBioDraw shortcut present in the Start menu (Start Programs Chem(Bio)Office20XX) and select “Run as administrator” 
   The above comment will launch Chem(Bio)Draw with Administrator Privilege

2. Create the required Style Sheet and save the file in the ChemDraw Items folder

3. Close Chem(Bio)Draw application and retest the problem after reopening Chem(Bio)Draw application.
