ChemDraw: I am unable to use custom Templates from ChemDraw within E-Notebook

I am unable to use custom Templates from ChemDraw within E-Notebook

The problem with the custom templates is related to permissions on Windows 7, please try the following:

1. Right-click on ChemDraw and select the option to "Run as Administrator" 

2. Create and save your custom template or edit the existing one and then save it to the following folder: 
   C:\ProgramData\CambridgeSoft\ChemOffice2010\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items 

3. Launch Enotebook and try to use your custom template with the ChemDraw tool bar

4. Retest the problem.
