ChemDraw: Some of the tools in the tool palette are not working properly

Some of the tools in the tool palette are not working properly, such that some of the pop out tools don't pop out. i.e. the arrow tool does not pop out to access the arrows

You need to place the cursor over the tool on the tool palette, press, and HOLD the mouse button. If you simply click instead of press and hold, the tool will not pop out.
