ChemDraw: I am unable to see the templates or stationery documents listed in the File menu

Details

For Windows, your customized stationery files must be saved on the ChemDraw Items folder:

For ChemDraw 32-bit:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemDrawApplications\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items

For ChemDraw 64-bit:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemDrawApplications_x64\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items

For version 22, the ChemDraw Items folder is located under: C:\ProgramData\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice\ChemDraw\ChemDraw Items

Where ChemOffice must be replaced with the version of ChemDraw installed on your computer.

For Mac OS:

Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Application Support\com.revvity.ChemDraw

You will find there the different folders for Stationery, Monomers, Nicknames, etc. 

For version 22, the ChemDraw Items folder is located under:

Macintosh HD\Users\[username]\Library\Application Support\com.perkinelmer.ChemDraw

In both cases, Windows or Mac, you will see a button to go to the ChemDraw Items folder when saving the CDS files:
