Problem:

Export Visualization image does not work on Web Player Client.


Solution:

Export Visualization image does not work on Web Player Client.

Symptoms:

When the user selects to Export the Visualization from the Web Player, i.e., from Webplayer Tools>>Export>> Visualization Image. No action is taken and no error or warning is returned. But Export to PDF and Power Point does work.

 
Cause:
This is caused due to a Pop-Up blocker enabled and the Warning in the settings is also disabled. Refer to the attachment  (Filename: pop_upblocker.png).

Add a rule to enable the Pop-Up blocker for the Web player.
