Incorrect error message is getting displayed with Apache Cassandra ODBC driver.

After installing the TIBCO Apache Cassandra driver, If the entered details inside the ODBC DSN is wrong then the error states that the error could not be found. It is not able to capture the actual error message. Reference attached image (Filename:CassandraODBCError.PNG). In order to fix the above error, follow the steps below.

1). Copy the C:\Program Files\TIBCO(R) ODBC Driver for Apache Cassandra\ErrorMessages\en-US directoy to C:\Program Files\TIBCO(R) ODBC Driver for Apache Cassandra\lib\en-US

2). Rename the en-us\ApacheCassandraODBCMessages.xml to en-us\CassandraODBCMessages.xml .

If you enter any wrong information in the Simba Cassandra ODBC Driver DSN Setup, the desired error message is getting populated.

Note: The above reported issue has been fixed in Spotfire 7.12 and above.
