ChemDraw: I have a perpetual license, but cannot find a download available

I have a perpetual license, but cannot find a download available in the Download Center.

Solution:

A perpetual license means that you are licensed to use the software in perpetuity. The perpetual license does not mean that a download will always be available. End of Life software is frequently removed from the Download Center.  It is the End User's responsibility to maintain a backup copy of the software.

As of March 25, 2024, all Perkin Elmer branded versions of the software were removed from the Download Canter as part of the divestiture of Perkin Elmer and Revvity. For more details please see this article.

In the event you have are unable to download the software (versions prior to ChemDraw v23), please contact your account manager for information regarding renewal.
