Details:
As a license admin, you have the privilege to add and remove users to the account.
The steps below are to add a user/admin.
- log in to the download center portal: https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com/
- Click on “List Accounts” (Left side menu).
- Click your account ID.
- Point your mouse to the ‘Action’ button and then select the ‘Create’ option.
Note: To add admin, check the box 'INF Portal Admin User Role' after filling out the user addition form.
5. Enter the user details.
6. Please make sure to specify the user role before hitting the save option.
Use the following steps to remove a user/admin:
- Go to Users - List Users.
- Check the User - Under display name.
- Go to Actions - Delete.
Note: In case, you cannot remove the user/admin, please contact Support.
This usually happens in case the admin/user owns the entitlements.
