Description
By default, NMR data imported into Spectrus Processor may be automatically phase‑corrected. In some workflows (for example, method development or teaching), users may prefer to load spectra without any automatic phase adjustment, so they can apply phase correction manually from the raw state.
Solution
- Open Spectrus Processor.
- Go to Options > Preprocessing Options.
- Locate the 1D NMR section.
- Disable Phase Correction option.
- Click OK to save the preference.
- Reopen a representative NMR dataset to confirm:
- The spectrum opens in the original (un‑phased or partially phased) state.
- Manual phase correction (zero‑ and first‑order) can be applied as usual.
- If necessary, repeat these steps for 2D NMR settings where automatic phase correction is also applied by default.
