Prerequisites
- Administrative rights are required for all steps.
- Back up the registry before making changes.
- Download the latest AutoChrom installer (e.g.,
ACDLabs202523_AutoChrom_Hinstall) and unzip the archive.
Steps to Resolve
- Uninstall AutoChrom
- Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

ACDLabs202523_AutoChrom_Hinstall). - Enter all registration keys at once to ensure all licensed components (e.g., Spectrus Processor, LC Simulator, PhysChem History, Percepta) are included.
- On the component selection screen, click Select All to ensure all required modules are installed.

- Launch AutoChrom and confirm it opens without errors.
