Spectrus: Exporting NMR peak tables and assignments to TXT or JSON

Description
Users often need NMR peak positions, integrals, and assignments in a spreadsheet for external processing or reporting. Spectrus can export these data tables directly to text or JSON formats.

Solution

1. Open the NMR spectrum and ensure that:
   • Peaks have been picked.
   • Integrals and assignments are complete.
2. Open the Table of Peaks or Assignments Table.
3. From the table window,
   • Right-click on empty space in the table window, navigate to Export Table and save as JSON or Text format.
4. Save the file to the desired location.
5. Open the TXT in a spreadsheet program and verify:
   • Column headers are correct.
   • Values for chemical shifts and integrals match the spectrum.
