Spectrus: Cannot import Agilent 6000 and Bruker Compass data in *.D format

Description

This article will teach you how to set up the required libraries and options to ensure the Agilent LCMS 6000 and Bruker CompassXtract import filters work properly.

Solution

Ensure that .NET Framework 3.5 and .NET Framework 4.8 are installed.

After starting setup.exe in the installation package, at the Custom Setup step, select the Spectrus Processor component and open the Details dialog. 

Select the options for the Agilent LCMS 6000 import filter and/or the Bruker CompassXtract import filter and click OK.

Alternatively, at the Custom Setup step, you may click Select All to include all required and optional modules and components in the installation.

Click Next and complete the installation.
