Signals Notebook: How to share a dashboard with other users?

After the 26.4 update of Signals Notebook, users can now create custom dashboards and share them with other users. But how are these dashboards shared? 

Answer: A user with the permission to manage dashboards (You can find more details about these privileges in the following article Signals Notebook: How to Grant Permissions Required for Dashboard Sharing) can share available dashboards with users and groups within Signals Notebook. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to perform this action:

1. Access to Signals Notebook.

2. Go to the configuration menu.

3. Select the option "System Settings"
   

4. In the left-hand menu, select the “Dashboards” option.
   

5. Click on the dashboard you want to share.

6. In the Dashboard configuration, select the “Sharing” option.
   

7. In this sharing menu, select the user or group of users with whom you want to share your dashboard. 

Once you've completed this process, you will have successfully shared your dashboard.
