The "Print to PDF" option may be missing from the action menu in Parallel Experiments in Signals Notebook. This article explains why the option may not appear and how to resolve the issue by assigning the correct user privilege.
Why the "Print to PDF" Option Is Missing
The "Print to PDF" option in the Parallel Experiments action menu is controlled by a user privilege called Export Parallel Experiments. If a user does not have this privilege assigned, the "Print to PDF" option will not appear in the menu.
How to Assign the Export Parallel Experiments Privilege
To make the "Print to PDF" option visible for a user, a system administrator must assign the Export Parallel Experiments privilege in Signals Configuration. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Signals Configuration.
- Navigate to the System Objects page by clicking the System Objects smart folder on the home page.
- Click on Parallel Experiment to open the experiment settings page.
Click on Privileges, the following pages appears.
- Enable the "Export Parallel Experiments" checkbox to the specific user role.
Once the privilege is enabled, the user with this specific role will see the "Print to PDF" option in the Parallel Experiments action menu.
