Signals Notebook: Is there a way to see how many times a user has logged into the application?

Description

Administrators need to have access frequency reports for auditing purposes.

Solution

The application's Audit Log captures every time a specific user logs in and administrator users can search and export this information from the application's UI (Signals Notebook: Can you export an activity log in Signals Notebook?) or through the API (Signals Notebook: Exporting Audit Logs beyond the UI limit).

Steps

1. As an administrator navigate to Signals Configuration > Audit Log.
2. Fill in:
    a. User: the e-mail address of a specific user (if left blank all user will be considered),
    b. Time Range: the range to extract the data from (values are required),
    c. Action: type or select "Access" (is the action name login is recorded in the application).

Note

The UI has a limit of 1000 export records. To export more data, use the API endpoint.
