ChemDraw: What is a CO device in Devices list in download portal?

The CO Devices are those devices where ChemDraw has been activated in bulk. That means user did not get the activation window to fill up the activation details like activation code, name and email address. This is done by the IT Team or Tech admins within your organization.

If this is incorrect, confirm the host ID matches the user's computer.  Then you can obsolete the device in the download portal and ask the user to activate manually and enter all the user details in the activation screen.
