Problem: A user receives the error "You have already downloaded a trial" when attempting to sign up for a ChemDraw free trial, even if they have never requested one before.

Important Note: The ChemDraw free trial can only be requested once per user. If you have previously requested a trial, a new trial cannot be issued.
