Why am I not able to import my measurement types that I exported?

I recently exported my measurement types from one and tried to import them into another. I received an error.
Invalid information design file – Contains duplicate attributes
After looking through the exported file we found the following duplicate entries:
The import function is not case sensitive, so if you have lower case w and an uppercase W for weight, it will treat the record as a duplicate.
Once you remove one of the molecular weight rows, there was no longer an issue importing the file.
