Users can’t send ChemDraw files via their company's outlook email?

The problem is not linked to ChemDraw; rather, it seems to be a constraint with the Outlook software. It is likely that Outlook is blocking certain file extensions, such as CDXML. However, it may permit CDX files. This happens more often on Outlook for Mac.
