Does ChemDraw use unique, isomeric or absolute SMILES Strings when making SMILES conversions?

Because ChewDraw always includes stereo information, the SMILES that are generated are ISOMERIC. Although ChemDraw has an ability to generate unique SMILES, this is not what is provided by the UI (but these are available via ChemScript).

Also note that there is no standard way to uniquify SMILES therefore every implementation may return a different (but equivalent) string. The only guarantee is that for a given implementation, the same structure will yield the same string regardless of how it is drawn.
