A customer purchasing maintenance is entitled to receive technical support, updates, activations, codes, and/or access to download the product for which such maintenance was purchased for so long as such product (or product version) has not reached its End-of-Life (EOL). Once the product (or product version) reaches End-of-Life, technical support, updates, activations, codes, or access to the download such product (or product version) will no longer be provided, even if the licensing model purchased by a customer permits such customer to continue to license and/or use the product past the product’s End-of-Life date (for example, as with a perpetual license).
