Details: The reason for this article is to let customers know when to contact support regarding a pending trial request for the first time and what details should be provided.
After creating a trial request you should allow the team up to 5 business days to create your tenant and provide url access.
If after 5 days you do not get an email (please check your trash or non desired email folder), create a ticket and provide the following info:
- Requester email.
- Request date.
- Order number.
- Sales rep email (If your company has an assigned rep and you have his contact info.
- Company name and business Type: Academic, Pharma/Biology; etc.
The support engineer will report the delay to the appropriate department in which case your ticket could be closed and a member of the team in charge should get in touch with you and provide next steps.
