ChemDraw Add in: Search SciFinder or SciFinderN option keeps loading and does not provide any results.

If you try using the Search SciFinder feature or the SciFinderN add-in, your browser may open a new window and stay loading with no results.  It may also provide a timeout error.

To address this behavior, please make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version available.  You may also want to download and install the latest version of java for your operating system if the issue continues.
